RETURNS & EXCHANGE
HOW TO RETURN - Please use the returns portal HERE to request your return.
To begin your return, you will need your order number.
This can be found on the outside label of your package,
or in your Order Confirmation and Order Shipped/Tracking Emails.
Once requested, Securely pack your item(s), with the original tags attached, and send using the pre-paid shipping label.
PLEASE NOTE: When making a return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount. Once your return has been initiated you will have 28 days to ship your items before your label expires. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received at our distribution center. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
ORDER POLICY
Orders cannot be edited or changed after the order has been successfully placed. Promotional codes & rewards points also cannot be applied after the order has been placed. Please verify your cart is correct before completing checkout.
RETURNS POLICY
Purchases are eligible for return 14 days after the purchase date. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment and are accepted on full priced items only. We do not accept returns/exchanges on custom-made or special order items, undergarments, or sale merchandise. These types of sales are final. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
Only returns processed through our return portal will be processed. We do not cover return shipping costs or issue refunds for items returned using other methods.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a UPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.
Gift cards are NOT eligible for refund.
